3.2 Temporary Access
New applicants may receive 48-hour temporary access to preview curated opportunities. This does not guarantee full membership approval.
3.3 Full Membership
Full membership is subject to:
- Completion of application process
- Verification of identity and information
- Approval by The Balearic Advisory
- Compliance with these Terms
3.4 Membership Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Misrepresentation of information
- Any other reason at our discretion
4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.
4.2 Confidentiality
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

- Pricing and availability details
- Other members' information
- Platform operational details
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes
- Scrape, copy, or download Platform content without authorization
- Share your login credentials
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use automated systems to access the Platform
- Resell or redistribute opportunities without permission
5. Listings and Availability
5.1 Property Information
All property, aviation, yacht, and asset listings are:
- Subject to availability and may change without notice
- Provided for informational purposes
- Not offers to sell or binding contracts
- Sourced from third parties and verified to the best of our ability
5.2 Pricing
Prices are subject to change and must be confirmed directly. We are not responsible for pricing errors.
5.3 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Availability of any specific opportunity
- Success in acquiring any asset
- Accuracy of third-party information
6. Our Role
6.1 Intermediary Service
The Balearic Advisory acts as an intermediary connecting buyers with opportunities. We are not:
- The seller or owner of listed assets
- A real estate agent (unless separately engaged)
- Responsible for third-party conduct
- Providing legal, financial, or tax advice
6.2 Due Diligence
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on all opportunities, including:
- Property inspections
- Legal review
- Financial analysis
- Verification of information
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, listings, and software, is the property of The Balearic Advisory or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify Platform content
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Balearic Advisory shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
