The bar has a Professional Amplifier + VOID speaker system. To access the sound system, all you need to do is pair your music device (iPhone, computer, etc.) with the amplifier via the BLUETOOTH connection.

Hot and Cold

VILLA ANNE is very respectful of nature conservation, so it's not surprising that it has the highest standards in terms of greenhouse gas reduction. VILLA ANNE uses solar panels, heat pumps and photovoltaic panels to produce heat, hot water and heating. We have underfloor heating. No space is without the comfort of heat and cold. Cooling is also produced by heat pumps.

Internet and WIFI

Supplied by the provider (ISP = Movistar) of fibre optics, 23 of the most powerful antennae (brand MESH) are connected to the power station by a network of fibre optics inside the property.

Music

VILLA ANNE, music is a matter for specialists. Engineers have therefore designed a semi-professional system that is very easy to use. To access the sound system, all you need to do is pair your music device (iPhone, computer, etc.) with the amplifier via the BLUETOOTH connection.
