Finca Savantry is a working olive estate located at the geographical heart of Mallorca, producing award-winning extra virgin olive oils under two labels — Oli des Pla and Aceite Savantry — both from the Picual variety and both holding the prestigious Designation of Origin Oli de Mallorca.
The estate comprises over 3,500 picual olive trees, harvested using an eco-friendly mechanical process (vibration with umbrella) that preserves both the fruit and the land. The resulting oils achieve an acidity of less than 0.1°, placing them firmly in the top tier of extra virgin olive oil production worldwide.

The olive oil must be consumed within the first year of pressing to retain maximum health benefits. The Picual variety is particularly notable for its high concentration of oleic acid and polyphenols — making it the most heart-healthy of all olive varieties — as well as its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
